声子晶体隔声罩的设计与仿真分析

摘    要:在噪声控制技术中,针对小型机械设备最经济有效的降噪手段是采用隔声设备,将噪声源的传播路径切断。基于以上需求,分析了隔声罩原理,进行了隔声罩性能评价,并设计了声子晶体隔声罩。介绍了声子晶体隔声罩的结构、外形尺寸和功能板块,对其进行了仿真分析,确认所设计的隔声罩符合降噪要求。

Abstract:Among the noise control technologies,the most cost effective means of noise reduction for small mechanical equipment is to use sound insulation equipment to cut off the transmission paths of the noise source.Based on the above requirements,the principle of acoustic enclosure was analyzed,the performance of acoustic enclosure was evaluated,and the phononic crystal acoustic enclosure was designed.The structure,external dimensions and functional modules of the phononic crystal acoustic enclosure were introduced,and the simulation analysis was carried out to confirm the designed noise reduction requirements of the acoustic enclosure.
