| 摘 要： | 推进钢结构住宅产业化发展,是绿色建筑战略发展的重要组成部分,也是住宅产业化乃至现代建筑产业化的必经之路。在充分分析装配式钢结构住宅特点的基础上,总结目前我国装配式钢结构住宅发展面临的问题,从制定相关规范、培育高水平技术人才、完善配套体系等方面提出对策建议,推动装配式钢结构住宅产业化的发展。

| Abstract: | To promote the industrialization development of steel structure housing is an important part of the strategic development of green building.It is also the only way for housing industrialization and modern construction industrialization.Based on the full analysis of the characteristics of assembled steel structure residence,this paper summarizes the problems faced by the development of assembled steel structure residence in China at present,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of formulating relevant norms,cultivating high-level technical personnel,and improving the supporting system,so as to promote the development of the industrialization of assembled steel structure residence. |
