碳纤维复合材料力学性能试样的加工研究

摘    要:为提高碳纤维复合材料力学性能试样的加工质量和效率,降低加工成本,采用磨削加工工艺,并研发了相关装备。分析了所采用的磨削加工工艺原理,介绍了加工装备的结构,并给出了工艺路线、加工工具及加工参数。通过加工试验确认,与铣削加工相比,磨削加工碳纤维复合材料力学性能试样在加工精度、表面质量等方面均具有优势,一次性投入降低90%,刀具成本降低2/3。可见,磨削加工是一种经济高效的加工工艺,适用于碳纤维复合材料力学性能试样加工。

Abstract:In order to improve the processing quality and efficiency of the mechanical property specimen made of carbon fiber composite and reduce the processing cost,the abrasive machining process was adopted,and related equipment was developed.The principle of grinding process was analyzed,the structure of the processing equipment was introduced,and the process route,tooling and processing parameters were given.Through the processing test,it is confirmed that compared with the milling process,the abrasive machining process for mechanical property specimen made of carbon fiber composite have advantages in working accuracy and surface quality,and the whole investment is reduced by 90%while the tool cost is reduced by 2/3.It can be seen that the grinding process is a cost-effective processing technology,which is suitable for the processing of mechanical property specimen made of carbon fiber composite.
