天体撞击器的构型设计与侵彻性能仿真分析

摘    要:采用小型化、模块化、分体式设计原理,对天体撞击器进行了构型设计。介绍了四种天体撞击器构型设计方案,通过分析对比,选用最优的设计方案,将侵彻本体设计为卵形头部细长体,将贮箱和控制模块对称外挂于本体两侧,侵彻本体内部放置科学载荷集成装置,并通过封装起抗高过载作用。通过计算机软件,对所设计的天体撞击器进行侵彻性能仿真分析,确认所设计的构型在高速、高过载情况下未产生弯曲变形,且未受明显破坏。天体撞击器侵彻弹道稳定,侵彻深度大于1 m,所承受侵彻过载超过50000 g。

Abstract:The celestial impactor was designed by adopting the principle of miniaturization,modularization and split design.Four design schemes of celestial impactor configurations were introduced.Through analysis and comparison,the optimal design scheme was selected.The penetrating body was designed as an elongated body of the oguval nose,and the conduit head and the control module were symmetrically attached to both sides of the body.The scientific load integrated device is placed inside the penetrating body,and it is protected against high overload via its packaging.Through the computer software,simulation analysis of the penetration property of the designed celestial impactor was carried out,and it was confirmed that the designed configuration did not produce flexural deformation under high speed and high overload condition,and no obvious damage was found.The penetration ballistic trajectory of the celestial impactor is stable,the penetration depth is greater than 1 m,and the penetration overload is more than 50000 g.
