Practical Exploration on the Integration of Management System in Construction Enterprises:Based on the Analysis of STEC

This paper analyzes the construction and operation of management system of construction enterprises,and then elaborates the possibility of the integration of management system from two aspects of consistency of management ideas and similarity of management contents.Combined with the practical experience of STEC,introduces the exploration of management system integration from the group and subsidiary levels.The relevant practice and summary can be used for reference for the enterprise groups of the same type.
