摘    要:滚滑轴承是一种新型轴承,可应用于风力发电机齿轮箱。根据滚动轴承基本原理和接触力学原理,建立滚滑轴承有限元模型,研究滑块与内外套圈滚道之间的游隙对滚滑轴承内部载荷及应力的影响,得到不同游隙时不同大小载荷工况下典型工作位置处滚滑轴承的内部载荷与应力分布规律。在研究中,提出滚滑轴承临界载荷的概念。研究结论可以为滚滑轴承的基础理论研究和参数优化提供参考。

Abstract:Rolling and sliding bearing is a new type of bearing that can be used in the wind turbine gearbox.Based on the basic principles of the rolling bearing and contact mechanics,a finite element model of the rolling and sliding bearing was established to investigate the influence of the clearance between the slider and the inner and outer ring raceways on the internal load and stress of the rolling and sliding bearing and obtain the internal load and stress distribution of the rolling and sliding bearing at typical working positions under the working conditions with different clearance and different load.Under investigation,the concept of critical load of the rolling and sliding bearing was proposed.The research conclusions can provide references for basic theoretical research and parameter optimization of the rolling and sliding bearing.
