摘    要:工业工程作为工程技术与管理科学相结合的一门交叉学科,越来越受到学术界和工业界的重视。为了提升工业工程专业本科生的培养质量,重视创新型人才的培养,对原有本科生课程体系进行了分析,并在此基础上,对课程体系进行了改革。从课程设置和课程内容角度出发,设置了通识教育课程、专业理论课程、实践教学课程及创新教学课程,对课程内容进行了完善,同时对专业课程的教学方法进行了探索,建立起科学的评价体系。进行课程体系和教学改革,对培养出具有创新能力的高素质工业工程专业技术人才具有重要意义。

Abstract:As an interdisciplinary subject that combines engineering technology and management science,industrial engineering is receiving more and more attention from academia and industrial circle.In order to improve the training quality of industrial engineering undergraduates and attach importance to the cultivation of innovative talents,the original undergraduate course system was analyzed,and on this basis,the course system was reformed.From the perspective of course set up and curriculum content,general education courses,professional theory courses,practical teaching courses,and innovative teaching courses were set up.The curriculum content was improved,meanwhile,the teaching methods of professional courses were explored,and a scientific evaluation system was established.Curriculum system and educational reorganization are of far reaching importance for the cultivation of high quality professional talents with innovative abilities on industrial engineering.
