| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the existing problems and innovation demands of general centralized procurement,discusses the innovation from the organization,process and operation mechanism of centralized procurement,and the upgrading of centralized procurement by strengthening supply chain management,introducing supply chain finance.Finally summarizes the basic ideas and effects of JG group’s innovative mode of centralized procurement based on supply chain. |
