佛山市某化工厂污水源热泵的节能分析

摘    要:本文以佛山市某化工厂应用污水源热泵为例,对常规冷水机组+燃气锅炉与污水源热泵机组两种系统方案进行了经济性及节能减排性比较分析。结果表明,与常规冷水机组+燃气锅炉系统相比,采用污水源热泵系统后,初投资成本增加了1.8万元,但每年的运行费用节省了25.4万元。一次能源利用率提高16%,每年可节省天然气约38658 m^3,节能及环保效应显著。

Abstract:Taking the application of sewage source heat pump in a chemical plant in Foshan city as an example, this paper makes a comparative analysis of economy and energy saving and emission reduction of conventional water unit + gas source heat pump unit. The results showed that the initial investment cost increased by 18 thousand Yuan after the sewage source heat pump system was adopted compared with the conventional cold water unit + gas boiler system, but annual operating costs saved 254,000 Yuan. The primary energy utilization rate has increased by 16 %, which can save about 38,658 m^3 of natural gas each year. The energy conservation and environmental protection effects are significant.
