壁面机器人吸附机构吸附力的仿真与试验

摘    要:为了研究影响壁面机器人吸附机构吸附力的因素,以某螺旋桨为研究对象,进行计算流体动力学仿真,并进行三因素三水平正交试验,分析螺旋桨保护外壳与壁面距离、螺旋桨保护外壳宽度、螺旋桨转速对吸附力的影响。试验结果表明,螺旋桨转速对壁面机器人吸附机构吸附力的影响最大,其次是螺旋桨保护外壳与壁面距离,螺旋桨保护外壳宽度的影响最小。基于试验结果,兼顾效率与吸附力,提出最佳参数组合,为提高壁面机器人吸附机构的效率提供技术参考。

Abstract:In order to study the factors affecting the adsorption force of the wall robot adsorption mechanism,a certain propeller was taken as the research object to perform the computational fluid dynamics simulation while carrying out the three factor and three level orthogonal test,and to analyze the influence of the distance between the propeller protective casting and the wall surface,the width of the propeller protective casing,and the propeller speed on the adsorption force.The test results show that the propeller speed has the greatest influence on the adsorption force of the wall robot adsorption mechanism,and the second is the distance between the propeller protective casting and the wall surface,and the influence of the width of propeller protective casing is the smallest.Based on the test results,taking into account the efficiency and adsorption force,the optimal combination of parameters was proposed to provide a technical reference for improving the efficiency of the wall robot adsorption mechanism.
