车身尺寸综合评估方法研究

目前车身尺寸均以合格率作为评估标准,在实际操作中容易出现车身合格率高但整车质量缺陷较多的情况。针对这一问题,提出车身尺寸综合评估方法。这一方法通过建立评估因数矩阵、模糊函数矩阵和评分体系矩阵,以分数对车身尺寸进行评估,能够考虑偏差量、测点功能等的影响,进而全面客观地评估车身尺寸。

Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Method for BIW Dimensions

At present,the BIW size is based on the coincidence rate as a criteria for evaluation.In actual operation,the entire car is easy to have a high coincidence rate but a lot of quality defects.In response to this problem,a comprehensive evaluation method for BIW dimensions was proposed.By establishing an evaluation factor matrix,a fuzzy function matrix,and a scoring system matrix,this method evaluates the BIW dimensions with a score,and can take into account the influence of the deviation amount and the measuring point function,thereby the BIW dimensions can be evaluated comprehensively and objectively.
