Application of Construction Cost Management Based on BIM Technology

As a new construction management technology,the BIM model changes the traditional construction management mode and is a dynamic management mode.The introduction of BIM technology in the whole process of the construction stage can accurately predict the project cost,reasonably arrange the plans of related resources such as personnel,materials,machinery and funds,and optimize the design change process.Combined with relevant examples,this paper discusses the specific application of BIM technology in the aspects of in-depth design and construction simulation in the early construction period,project measurement and progress management in the construction process,and completion settlement management in the later period,so as to provide reference for construction enterprises to carry out fine management of construction costs.
