新型沙滩清洁车的设计

摘    要:针对传统沙滩清洁车存在的筛沙量较小、筛分效率较低、一次装卸垃圾容量有限等问题,设计了一种可用于快速清洁沙滩杂物的新型沙滩清洁车。在设计中,采用六叶弧形筛孔翻沙板增大翻沙量,且翻沙深度可调。应用隔板式传送带,将沙与杂物运输至三层筛分装置,中间筛分层由行星齿轮连杆组合机构进行驱动。设计齿轮齿条机构,用于压缩、推送杂物,并通过垃圾箱底板转动倾倒杂物。这一新型沙滩清洁车具有翻沙量大、筛分效率高、垃圾自动装卸等优点,具有一定的市场推广价值。

Design of New Beach Cleaning Car
Abstract:Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional beach cleaning car,such as less volume of sand screening,lower screening efficiency and limited capacity of loading and unloading at one time,a new beach cleaning car was designed for quick cleaning of beach debris.In the design,the six blade sand screening board with curved screen mesh is used to increase the volume of sand screening,and the depth of sand screening is adjustable.A segmented conveyor belt is used to transport sand and debris to a three layer screening unit,and the intermediate screening layer is driven by a planetary gear linkage assembly.The designed rack and pinion mechanism is used to compress and push debris and dump the debris by turning the bottom plate of the dustbin.This new type of beach cleaning car has the advantages of large volume of sand screening,high screening efficiency,automatic garbage loading and unloading,etc.,and has certain marketing value.
