分散式风电机组复杂风况下阵风控制及载荷优化设计

摘    要:讨论了分散式风电机组在大湍流强阵风复杂工况下的稳定性问题和阵风检测方式,分析了风电机组的气动特性和传动链模型。针对风电机组在阵风时的过速、过功率、振动过大问题,在传统变桨控制的基础上进行优化,提出动态变桨 PID 增益调节的阵风控制方法,并通过外部控制器编程实现并在 GHBladed软件上进行仿真。结果表明,该方法能够提高机组的稳定性和适应性,并有效降低复杂风况下分散式风电机组关键部位的极限载荷。

Abstract:The stability problems and gust detection methods of distributed wind turbines in large turbulent wind and gust conditions were discussed. The aerodynamic characteristics and transmission chain model of wind turbines were analyzed. In order to solve the problem of over speed, over power and excessive vibration in extreme gust condition, a gust control method to optimize the traditional pitch control with proposed dynamically adjust the gain of pitch PID was usedr, which is programmed in an external controller and simulated on GH Bladed. The results show that this method can improve stability and adaptability of the distributed wind turbine and effectively reduce key parts of the ultimate loads of the wind turbine.
