摘    要:针对某柴油发动机试验厂房试验过程产生大量余热问题,进行该厂房通风降温方案的数值模拟分析。通过建筑环境和工艺过程建立可供分析的物理模型,选用计算流体动力学的Realizable k-ε模型和组分运输模型作为计算工具。设计了传统的全新风、室外新风蒸发冷却、室外新风蒸发冷却+热污染区环境蒸发冷却三种技术方案进行模拟计算。结果表明,以传统的全新风通风方式尽管能够把室内的热量排出,但未解决人员工作区环境温度超标问题。室外新风蒸发冷却通风方式对比全新风方式,通风量下降31%,可以解决大部分人员工作区环境温度问题。室外新风蒸发冷却+热污染区环境蒸发冷却对比全新风方式,通风量下降43%,可以完全满足人员工作区环境温度要求。

Abstract:A large amount of residual heat is generated from the test process of a diesel engine test plant,and the numerical simulation analysis of the ventilation and cooling scheme of the plant is carried out.The physical model for analysis can be established through the building environment and process,and the Realizable k-εmodel and component transportation model of computational fluid dynamics are selected as the calculation tools.The three new technical schemes of traditional fresh air,outdoor fresh air evaporative cooling,outdoor fresh air evaporative cooling+hot polluted environment evaporative cooling are designed for simulation calculation.The results show that although the traditional new air ventilation method can discharge the heat from the room,it does not solve the problem of excessive environmental temperature in the working area of the personnel;the outdoor fresh air evaporative cooling and ventilation method is compared with the new air ventilation mode,and the ventilation volume is reduced by 31%,which can solve the environmental temperature problem of most personnel working area;the outdoor fresh air evaporative cooling+the hot polluted area environment evaporative cooling is compared with the new air ventilation mode,the ventilation volume is reduced by 43%,which can completely meet the environmental temperature requirements of the personnel working area.
