| 摘 要： | 从理想条件下刀具运动轨迹和表面三维形貌生成过程两个方面对数控车床外圆加工时的表面三维形貌进行了预测。介绍了Z轴导轨移动副运动误差辨识方法,对数控车床外圆加工的误差进行了分析,并论述了误差补偿技术。

| Abstract: | The 3D surface pattern during OD turning of NC lathe was predicted from the two aspects of tool kinematic trajectory and generative process of surface 3D pattern under ideal conditions.The identification method for motion error of Z axis guideway moving pair was introduced.The errors during OD turning of NC lathe were analyzed,and the error compensation technology was discussed. |
