| 摘 要： | 结合近年来国内外发动机行业的发展趋势,对结构复杂的发动机气缸盖进行了加工工艺研究。在研究中,讨论了零件定位问题,设计了夹具,并选择了加工刀具。针对发动机气缸盖气门座圈、气门导管孔系和凸轮轴孔,分别进行了加工工艺分析。

| Abstract: | In combination with the development trend of the engine industry at home and abroad in recent years,the processing technology of the engine cylinder head with complicated structure was investigated.Under investigation,the issues on part positioning were discussed,the fixture was designed,and the processing tool was selected.The processing technology for valve retainer of engine cylinder head,bore system of valve stem guide and camshaft hole were analyzed. |
