光纤预制棒取棒装置的研发应用

摘    要:通过对光纤光缆行业 OVD技术工艺环境和工艺过程的了解,并根据工艺的需求,研发设计了光纤预制棒取棒装置。利用 SolidWorks三维软件进行了三维建模,利用 SolidWorksSimulation插件对装置进行了有限元静力分析,比较精确地发现和掌握了各点的受力及变形情况,完善优化了装置结构设计,同时验证了装置的强度和刚度。

Abstract:A Pick-Up device for optical fiber preform was developed and designed based on the understanding of OVD technology environment and process in optical fiber and cable industry and according to the process requirements. The modeling was conducted in the SolidWorks three-dimensional software, and the finite element static analysis of the device was carried out by the SolidWorks Simulation plug-in software, so that the stress and deformation of each part could be identified accurately. The structure design of the device was improved and optimized. And the strength and stiffness of the device were verified.
