摘    要:通过数值模拟的方法,对青岛某综合管廊电缆舱室通风系统进行研究。采用传统的机械排风加自然补风通风系统,舱室平均温度为31.8℃,但排风口平均温度达到43.6℃,高于设计标准的限值40℃。采用诱导通风系统,舱室内平均温度为31.5℃,排风口平均温度降至37.3℃,保障了舱室顶部设备的正常运行。对两种通风方式下电缆舱内温度场均匀性进行分析,研究发现:舱室内温度场方差分别为6.645和4.667,诱导通风系统空气温度分布均匀性优于机械排风加自然补风通风系统。此外,对两种通风方式下电缆舱内速度场进行分析对比,结果表明:沿舱室高度方向,诱导通风系统的平均风速大于机械排风加自然补风通风系统,空气流动死角较少,更有利于舱室内的气流组织。

Abstract:Through the method of numerical simulation, the ventilation system of a cable duct cabin of a comprehensive pipe corridor in Qingdao was studied. Using the traditional mechanical exhaust and natural air ventilation system, the average temperature of the cabin is 31.8 ℃, but the average temperature of the exhaust vent reaches 43.6 ℃, which is higher than the design limit of 40 ℃. Using the induced ventilation system, the average indoor temperature is 31.5 ℃,and the average temperature of the exhaust vent is reduced to 37.3 ℃, which ensures the normal operation of the equipment at the top of the cabin. The temperature field uniformity of the cable cabin is analyzed under two ventilation modes. The variance of the temperature field in the cabin is 6.645 and 4.667 respectively. The air temperature distribution uniformity of the induced ventilation system is better than that of the mechanical exhaust and the natural supplemental ventilation system. In addition, the velocity field in the cable cabin of the two ventilation modes is analyzed and compared. The results show that the average air velocity of the induced ventilation system is greater than the mechanical exhaust and the natural air supply ventilation system along the height of the cabin, and the air flow dead angle is less. It is more conducive to airflow organization in the cabin.
