摘    要:建立软刚臂结构的有限元模型,设置边界及载荷,对软刚臂结构进行强度分析。在强度分析的基础上,应用ANSYS Workbench软件,将软刚臂各部分钢结构的厚度值作为输入参数,将最大等效应力和最大总变形量作为输出参数,将总质量最轻作为优化目标,对软刚臂结构进行轻量化设计。优化后软刚臂结构整体质量减轻9390 kg,最大等效应力减小,达到了预期目标。

Lightweight Research of Soft Yoke Structure Based on ANSYS Workbench Software
Abstract:A finite element model of the soft yoke structure was established,the boundary and load were set,and the strength analysis of the soft yoke structure was performed.Based on the strength analysis,ANSYS Workbench software was used to take the thickness of the steel structure of each part of the soft yoke as the input parameter,the max.equivalent stress and the max.total deformation as the output parameters,and the lightest total mass as the optimization target to conduct the lightweight design for the soft yoke structure.After the optimization,the overall mass of the soft yoke structure was reduced by 9390 kg,and the maximum equivalent stress was reduced,so the expected goal was achieved.
