基于BIM与二维码技术的装配式建筑构件追踪管理研究

摘    要:针对传统建造模式中装配式建筑构件施工定位慢、信息匹配不完整、施工现场管理混乱等问题,阐述基于BIM与二维码技术的装配式构件信息追踪管理内容、技术及流程,构建构件追踪管理平台,并从生产信息与二维码关联、运输过程实时定位、构件场地内堆放以及吊装过程进度模拟四个方面介绍构件信息追踪技术及平台应用,以实现构件设计、生产、运输及施工吊装全过程的信息化、智能化、可视化管理。

Abstract:For the problems of traditional construction model known as slow construction orientation,incomplete information matching and confused construction site management,this paper discusses the content,technology and process of assembly component tracking management based on BIM and two-dimensional code technology,builds the assembly component tracking management platform.Then,from the aspects of production information and 2D code correlation,real-time tracking of transportation process,stacking location of components site and visualization of lifting process,introduces component information tracking technology and platform application,in order to realize the informationization,intelligentization and visualization of the whole components tracking management process.
