蚌埠体育场大悬挑预应力钢罩棚结构施工全过程模拟与监测

摘    要:蚌埠奥体中心体育场作为承接第十四届安徽省省运会的主场馆,采用"大悬挑预应力实腹型钢梁-三向多点圆管支撑"结构体系,由大、小钢罩棚结构组成,外部铺设铝锰镁金属板,呈现蛟龙鳞片状建筑效果。为了保证蚌埠体育场钢结构在施工全过程中的工程质量和结构安全,深入分析了现场采用的施工方式和施工顺序。采用MIDAS软件建立了蚌埠体育场大悬挑预应力钢罩棚结构的整体模型,对钢构件拼装、预应力张拉和逐步卸载的全过程进行了多步骤的力学性能分析;对关键构件和关键节点的应力和竖向位移实施了监测,将现场实测值与有限元计算值进行了对比分析;总结了施工全过程结构应力和位移的变化规律。分析结果表明:现场监测和数值仿真模拟有效地验证了该施工方法的正确性和施工顺序的可靠性,研究成果可以为类似工程应用提供参考依据。

Abstract:Bengbu Olympic Sports Center,as the home hall of the fourteenth Anhui Provincial Game,adopts a structure system of"large cantilevered prestressed steel beam-multi point circular tube support with three directions",which is composed of large and small steel awning structure,laying Al-Mn-Mg metal plate outside,showing the effect of the dragon scale building.In order to ensure the quality and structural safety of this steel structure in the Bengbu stadium during the whole construction process,the construction method and process are analyzed in depth in this paper.The whole model of large cantilevered prestressed steel awning structure in Bengbu stadium is built by using MIDAS software.The mechanical performance analysis is carried out on the whole process of steel component assembling,prestressing tension and unloading.The stress and vertical displacement of key components and joints are monitored,and the field measured values are compared with the results of finite element analysis.The changing rule of stress and displacement during the construction process is summarized.The analysis results show that the field monitored data and numerical simulation results match well and this verifies the new construction method and the reliability of construction sequence.The results of this paper can provide a reference for the application of similar projects.
