摘    要:造成NHD 脱碳氨冷凝器冷却效果降低的原因是油污和单质硫黏附在列管内壁及列管上。通过用80℃~90℃的蒸汽冷凝液冲洗列管内壁并在氨冷器溶液排气口通入0.4MPa蒸汽来溶硫将其吹出,使氨冷器换热效果大大增强。

Abstract:The cause of sulfur blockage in ammonia cooler for decarbonization by NHD is that smear and elemental sulfur are adhered to the internal walls of the tube bundles. By flushing the internal walls of the tube bundles by 80℃~90℃ steam condensate and blowing in the dissolved sulfur through the exhaust nozzle of the ammonia cooler with 0.4MPa steam, the heat exchange efficiency was improved greatly.
