摘    要:建立了2K-H均布行星传动纯扭转模型,研究了传动的固有特性,经归纳得到了两种典型的振动模式:扭转振动模式、行星轮振动模式。通过求解子特征值问题,深入分析了两种振动模式的特征。探讨了模态跃迁及固有频率轨迹相交引起的振动模式突变现象,并初步分析了该现象对传动特性的影响。

Abstract:This work developed a simplified purely torsional model of a single stage 2K-H planetary gear trains and used it to investigate their natural frequencies and vibration modes. For the linear, time-invariant case, examination of associated eigenvalue problem revealed the well-defined structure of the vibration modes, which were classified into rotational and planet modes. The unique characteristics of each type of the mode were analytically investigated in details. For each class of the modes, reduced-order eigenvalue problems were derived. Frequency loci veering or crossing phenomena occured when two eigenvalue loci approach each other in the plots of natural frequencies versus planetary gear parameters, which cause the vibration modes dramatical change and consequent impact on response, is studied.
