摘    要:针对水力自动翻板闸在工程实际运行中普遍存在着启闭不灵、振动、拍打、撞击等问题 ,设计出液控同步双驱动水力自动翻板闸 .该翻板闸是在传统自动翻板闸的基础上 ,增设液压控制同步启动装置 ,使两者有机结合 ,在闸门运行时既能在水力及自重作用下平稳开关 ,也可借助液控同步启动系统随意开启或关闭闸门 ,由于液压缸起到了减震器的作用 ,可以有效地消除翻板闸存在的振动、拍打、撞击现象

Abstract:In consideration of some problems in practical operation of automatic hydraulic flap gates, such as slow in start up and shut down, vibration, flap, impact, etc. a fluid pressure controlled synchronous double driving automatic hydraulic flap gate is designed. Based on conventional flap gates, a fluid pressure controlled synchronous driving device is adopted. By use of the technique, the flap gate can not only start up and shut down under hydro power and self weight, but also start up and shut down at will by means of the automatic driving device. The amortization function of the hydro cylinder can also eliminate vibration, flap, and impact of the flap gate.
