| 摘 要： | 听证作为现代行政程序法的核心制度，对于维护相对人的合法权益，监督和控制行政权力的正确行使，发挥着积极的作用。高校学生管理中确立听证制度具有现实必要性，同时设计了高校学生管理听证制度的具体运作模式。

It is necessary to build a hearing system in the administration of college students. The hearing system＇s mode of operation are also designed. |
