中部崛起视角下湖南人力资本贡献刍议

人力资本是经济增长重要的助推器，在“中部崛起”的战略大背景下，运用人力资本理论和新经济增长模型对湖南人力资本贡献度进行计量测度，并结合全国的情况进行比较分析，最后得出结论：要综合利用湖南人力资本优势，加强物质资本投资的使用效率，以促进湖南经济快速增长，缩小与全国的经济发展差距。

On Human Capital Contribution to Hunan From the Perspective of Central Rising

Human capital is an important factor of economic growth. Under the strategic background of central rising, this paper employs the human capital theory and a new economic growth model to conduct econometric measure about Hunan human capital contribution degree, and carries out a comparative analysis combining the national con- dition. This paper finally draws a conclusion that it is necessary to utilize Hunan human capital advantage comprehensively, strengthen the usage efficiency of material capital investment to boost rapid economic growth in Hunan economy and narrow the economic gap with the whole nation.
