洁净煤技术中多孔滤村孔道流体阻力的研究

摘    要:阐述了洁净煤技术中现有多孔滤材存在的问题,简单介绍了Gasar多孔金属滤材的相关情况,从分析多孔滤材渗透能力的主要评价指标——流动阻力入手,建立了简易的模型,得出了多孔介质孔道中流体阻力的计算公式,理论上证明了Gasar多孔金属滤材在流阻方面的优越性。

Abstract:Expounded the existing problems of porous filters while using clean coal technology, Gasar metal porous filter material functions were briefly introduced. A simple design calculation model was built on the basis of analyzing hydroresistance which was used as the main evaluation index of permeability of porous materials. Therefore, the formulas of hydroresistance in pores of porous materials are obtained and the advantage of hydroresistant porous metal filter materials is theoretically proved.
