| 摘 要： | 目前使用的液压推靠器中普遍采用了球形密封方法 ,实践证明该方法常有渗、漏油现象发生。为了解决这一问题 ,在分析密封原理及实践基础上 ,采取在原球形密封中间加氟胶圈这一处理方法 ,经SKC -A大数控的WQJ -A微球液压推靠器多次测井验证 ,表明其应用效果很好。此外 ,在设计时 ,将原球形密封改为圆柱头平底密封形式也能起到良好效果

| Abstract: | The ordinary spherical seal method is used in hydraulic swing arm,but its practise proves that the phenomenon of permeating and leaking oil often occur.For this reason,according to the seal principle and practise experience,the processing method which is that of using fluorine glude ring in original spherical seal is adopted.It has been used in WQJ A microspherical hydraulic swing arm of SKC A large type computerized instrument.The practise shows that its application effect is good. |
