摘    要:本文以木段蒸煮控制为背景,根据控制规则排序,协调因子以及等级自校正等理论和算法,提出了变结构自校正模糊控制系统设计方法。本文主要解决了乐观和悲观的混合决策以及控制量论域等级的自校正调节问题。应用本文设计方法,设计了水段蒸煮微机控制系统。现场运行结果表明,该系统性能良好,效益显著。

Abstract:A decision method for the variable structure self-tuning fuzzy control system is presented here by applying such theories and algorithms as control rules ordering, coordination factor, and grade self-tuning principle, etc., with an application to the wood steaming control as its original goal. The mix-policy problem of optimism against pessimism and the self-tuning adjustment problem of grade volume control, are solved mainly in this paper. With the use of the present method, a practical microcomputer-controlled system is constructed for the wood steaming control. And the on-the-spot measured results show that the system serves the purpose satisfactorily and its engagement may yield a notable economical benefit.
