| 摘 要： | 本实验以废胎面胶胶粉为研究对象，研究了新型密炼机各实验参数和新型再生剂用量对再生胶物理机械性能的影响。通过对实验数据的处理和分析，确定了适合废胎面胶再生的最佳工艺条件和再生剂用量，本实验方法与其他一些再生方法相比，得到的再生胶的物理机械性能得到明显的提高。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, put waste tread rubber powder as the object of study. This experiment studied experimental parameters of the new type of mixer and new renewable dosage impact on the physical and mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. Processing and analysis of the experimental data to determine the optimum conditions and the amount of regenerant suitable for the tread rubber waste regeneration. Compared with some other regeneration methods, the physical and mechanical properties of the reclaimed rubber in this experiment obtained significantly improved. |
