摘 要: | 本文介绍了一种五角棱镜90°偏转角的高精度测量原理和方法。它是根据五角棱镜90°偏转角为一定值这一基本特性,巧妙地应用光电自准直仪达到高精度的,该测量原理简单易行,测量精度可高达0.2″以上。

Abstract: | A high accuracy method for measuring 90 degrees angle deviation of penagonal prism is discussed in this paper According to 90 degrees angle deviation is a constant, photo-electric autocollimator was ingeniously employed to reach a high accuracy. The measuring principle is simple and feasible. The measuring accuracy can reach up to 0.2′′. |
