呋喃型耐酸耐碱胶泥工艺研究

摘    要:针对现有呋喃型胶泥存在的缺点,研究了一种新型呋喃树脂的合成工艺,探索了呋喃树脂配制胶泥的工艺操作,测试了多种条件下胶泥的力学性能及焦化时间。测试结果表明,呋喃树脂胶泥具有优良的耐酸耐碱性能。

Abstract:The new synthetic process of new furan resin was studied.We explored the process of making the putty with the new resin.The dynamic performance,corrosion rate and coking time of the putty under many situations were tested individually.The test result indicated the new furan putty is highly resistant to acid and alkali medium.
