基于石英晶体传感器的恒温槽温控系统的设计

摘    要:用于高精密温度特性测试的恒温槽,需要具有稳定、均匀的温度场,采用石英晶体温度传感器 (QTCS),PIC16F876微处理器和模糊PID控制算法,对温控系统进行了设计.给出了石英晶体温度传感器测温电路、PWM控制输出电路设计和利用Matlab模糊逻辑工具箱进行模糊控制器设计的过程.仿真和实验结果表明,此温控系统在较大的温度范围内具有响应快、精确度高、鲁棒性好的特点.实际运行结果表明:恒温槽的实际温度控制的范围为0℃~100℃,15min的波动度小于±0.05℃,可以很好地满足高精度温度特性测试的需求.
