摘    要:通过“同时蒸馏—萃取”装置(SDE)提取药用植物罗勒中的挥发性物质,经GC—MS分析初步判定,罗勒中含有27种芳香性成分。用峰面积归一化法确定相对百分含量较多的化合物为β—芳樟醇、对烯丙基苯甲醚、丁子香酚、桉树脑。

Abstract:The simultaneous distillation-Extraction is used for extracting the volatile substances in Ocimum basilicum L. 27 kinds of chemical components were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GOMS). The main compounds extracted are beta-Linalool, p-Allylanisole, Eugenol and Eucalyptol.
