首都机场B747机库重型网架整体提升施工技术

摘    要:首都机场B747机库屋盖焊接球网架周边采用巨型格构柱支撑,格构柱分段制作、现场组拼成整体后利用汽车式起重机整体吊装,大跨度网架分区在地面胎架上组拼,利用扒杆群提升、空中合龙就位,施工中调整了支座安装顺序,确保了支座精确就位。

Abstract:Welded ball grid structure roof of Capital Airport B747 aircraft hangar is supported by huge lattice columns, which are integrally lifted by auto-crane after being fabricated in segments and assembled on site. Large-span grid structure segments are assembled on the ground jig and are lifted and positioned by lifting lever. During the construction, pedestal installation sequence is adjusted to guarantee accurate positioning.
