走体制与观念创新之路——对合肥通用职业技术学院的创办与发展的调查与研究

通过对合肥通用职业技术学院五年多办学实践的调查研究,分析其在发展过程中的动力问题,指出体制创新和观念创新是合肥通用学院的动力所在,是其不断发展壮大的源泉。同时还指出经过办学之初的稳步发展,合肥通用职业技术学院今后的不断提升,也必须依靠体制创新和观念创新,而且必须进一步深化体制创新和观念创新。

By the investigations of more than five years practice for the running of Hefei General Institute of Vocational Technology and the analysis of its motive force question in the course of developing,points out the system innovation and innovation in thought are the motive force and the source of constant developing of Hefei General Institute of Vocational Technology. Pointing out,at the same time,that the steady development at the beginning of running the school, the constant promotion in the future of Hefei General Institute of Vocational Technology must depend on the system innovation and innovation in thought too,and must deepen the system innovation and innovation in thought further.
