鞍钢180t转炉节能减排技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对鞍钢股份有限公司180 t转炉余热锅炉系统及烟气净化系统存在的问题,制定出了符合国家节能减排产业政策的180 t转炉升级改造方案,2008年底成功完成了对180 t转炉的升级改造。升级改造后的180 t转炉经过近一年的生产运行及评估,转炉余热锅炉使用寿命、转炉蒸汽回收与利用、转炉烟气排放等各项经济技术指标均达到预期目标,为其它转炉升级改造提供经验。

Abstract:As for the existing problems of 180 tons converter exhaust-heat boiler system and waste gas purification system in Angang Steel Co., Ltd., and upgrading and renovation project of 180 tons converter was established according to national energy conservation and emission reduction policy. At the end of 2008, the upgrading and renovation project of 180 tons converter was accomplished successfully. The production operation and evaluation of the renovated 180 tons converter for about one year shows that all economic and technologic indexes including service life of converter exhanst-heat boiler, converter steam recycling, converter waste gas reduction have achieved the desired result, which lays the foundation for the upgrading and renovation of other converters in Angang Steel.
