Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷与45号钢钎焊的试验研究

摘    要:在氩气保护炉中,采用铜基、银基钎料对Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷与45钢进行钎焊试验。通过观察和分析钎焊接头的结合情况及剪切试验,表明Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷具有较好的钎焊性;氩气保护焊条件下,以H62为钎料的接头的平均剪切强度为37MPa,以Ag72Cu28为钎料的接头的平均剪切强度为51MPa。

Abstract:In Ar-shielding furnace,using brazing filler of Cu-based and Ag-based, a series of tests are investigated to braze Ti(C,N) based cermets and 45 steel,the microstructure of joints and shearing test results are analyzed,they show that Ti(C,N) based cermets has good brazing ability .Under Ar-shielding,the joint's average shearing strength is 37MPa with H62 filler,and 51 MPa with Ag72Cu28 filler.
