D113离子交换树脂物化性能的研究

摘    要:主要研究了以自来水作为进水时,D113树脂在使用若干周期后其部分物化性能的变化规律。结果表明:使用100个周期后的D113树脂颜色有逐渐变深的趋势;树脂颗粒有效粒径增大,均一系数也增加;湿真密度和湿视密度减小;圆球率下降;耐磨率和磨后圆球率均比新树脂减小。此处,树脂从氢型变为钙、镁型时,转型膨胀率较大,树脂经长时间使用后工作交换容量有所降低。

Abstract:The variety law of the physical and chemical properties of D113 resin with the inflow of tap water after it is used for many cycles has been studied. The conclusion shows that the color of resin has a tendency to become fuscous and the size distribution and the uniform coefficient rise;the wet density and the pellet ratio decrease. Compared with the new resin,both the wearable ratio and the ground pellet ratio fall after D113 resin has been used for 100 cycles. Moreover,the ratio of transfer expanding of resin is relatively great when it changes from hydrogenous form to calcicum and magnesium forms and the operating capacity of resin falls a little after being used for a long periods.
