| Abstract: | This paper deal with bath the material and heat balance calculations of the two-stages Smeltinag reouction process: carbon-adhering iron ore/pre-reduction by bluidization/iron ba bath final smeltingreduction (ZKS Process)and the process energy energy analysis. The availability of two-stages ironmaking technics is demonstrated. which provides the theoretic al basis for the industrial application of this method. |
