摘    要:本文通过附碳矿粉流态化预还原和铁浴终还原二步熔融还原(ZKS法)的物料平衡、热量平衡计算以及能量分析,论证了该二步法炼铁工艺的可行性,为该法的工业化提供了理论依据.

Abstract:This paper deal with bath the material and heat balance calculations of the two-stages Smeltinag reouction process: carbon-adhering iron ore/pre-reduction by bluidization/iron ba bath final smeltingreduction (ZKS Process)and the process energy energy analysis. The availability of two-stages ironmaking technics is demonstrated. which provides the theoretic al basis for the industrial application of this method.
