高炉炉料结构成本优化模型及分析

摘    要:在系统推导物、热平衡计算模型的基础上,结合线性规划,以高炉用料成本最低为目标,满足高炉冶炼物、热及化学约束为条件,建立了高炉炉料结构优化模型。以莱钢实际生产数据代入模型进行了成本优化分析,与实际高炉生产数据相比,优化配料方案焦比降低0.59kg/t,渣量降低10kg/t,用料成本降低43.5元/t,并通过模型分析,对莱钢酸性料性价比进行了科学排序。

Abstract:On the basis of systematic mass and heat balance calculation mode, combining linear program, taking lowest cost of blast furnace burden as aim and taking meeting the burden, heat and chemical restraint as condition the optimization model of blast furnace burden is established. The data of practical production in Laiwu Steel is optimized in the model. Compared with exiting burden structure, the coke rate optimized structure decreased by 0.59 kg/t and 10 kg/t slag amount and cost reduced 43.5 Yuan/t. Through the analysis of the model, the performance-price ratio of acid burden was sorted scientifically.
