ASP产线研制X70管线钢的组织与性能

摘    要:分析了济钢ASP产线X70管线钢的生产工艺及性能。研究表明,将管线钢的C控制在0.07%以内,并适当添加Nb、Ti等微合金元素,P、S控制在0.010%和0.005%以下,在济钢采用TMCP工艺,可以获得高强韧的针状铁素体管线钢卷,各项力学性能指标均达到标准要求。整卷性能稳定,同卷强度差<20MPa。

Abstract:This article analyzed the production technology and mechanical properties of X70 pipeline steel strip produced by the ASP continuous casting and rolling process in Jinan Steel. The results showed that the X70 pipeline strip obtained an acicular ferrite microstructure and the mechanical properties met machining and using demands of pipeline manufacture. In X70 steel the contents of Nb and Ti should be reasonable, C content must be less than 0.07%, P and S less than 0.010% and 0.05% respectively. The properties in the whole coil of strip are stable and the intensity difference is less than 20 MPa.
