| 摘 要： | 以国产分散剂ＰＶＡ（２０８０、ＷＨ－６）代替进口分散剂ＰＶＡ（ＫＨ－１０、Ｌ－９或ＡＬＣＯＴＥＸ７２．５），在引进的７０．５ｍ＾３聚合釜中生产聚氯乙烯树脂。分散体系始终正常、稳定，生产的树脂质量同使用进口ＰＶＡ相比无任何差异，在粘釜问题上未见异常，经济效益较为显著。

| Abstract: | Polyvinyl chloride was manufactured in imported 70.5 m 3 polymerizer with the domestic PVA disperser(2080,WH-6) instead of imported PVA dispersers (KH-20,L-9 or ALCOTEX72.5).The dispersion system with domestic disperser was normal and stable from beginning to end.There was no any difference in product quality between products manufactured by using either domestic or imported PVA disperser.Economic benefit was remarkable and there was no unusual scaling when using domestic PVA disperser. |
