高磷低品位钒矿的选冶试验研究

摘    要:针对某低品位钒矿的特点, 采用物理选矿, 抛除60%左右尾矿, 得到-0.246 mm粒级富钒矿物, 并采用直接酸法浸出钒。在硫酸浓度25%, 浸出温度90 ℃, 液固比2∶1, 浸出时间4 h的条件下, V2O5 的浸出率可以达到91%, 比传统钠法焙烧工艺提高10个百分点以上。

Abstract:Aiming at the characters of some low-grade vanadium ore, vanadium-rich minerals whose gradation were -0.246 mm were obtained by physical beneficiation to remove about 60% tailings and vanadium was leached by direct acid process. The leaching rate of V2O5 can reach 91% under the conditions that the concentration of sulfuric acid was 25%, leaching temperature was 90 ℃, liquid-solid ratio was 2∶1 and leaching time was 4 h, which improved the leaching rate above 10% than that by traditional sodium method roasting process.
