SCRIMP成型工艺研究

摘    要:本研究建立了流动可视化试验装置,通过分析不同渗透介质型SCRIMP模塑条件和充模时间的试验结果,对渗透介质、剥离层、中空螺线管等因素对充模的影响进行了定性评价;将研究结果应用于1:1墙板的产品试制,总结了存在的问题和改进提高方法;建议在即定假设的前提下,利用2D CV/FEM模型预测大型制品的SCRIMP充模是下一步的研究方向.

Abstract:Through carrying out flow visualization experiment and analyzing the results of molding conditions and filling time in different high permeable medium in SCRIMP ,the paper evaluates the influences of high permeable medium,peel ply and hollow solenoids on filling and produces test wallboards. It summarizes problems and improving methods during the molding process. Finally, a new investigation is brought forward.On the basis of some assumptions, a 2D CV/FEM model can be presented to predict the filling of large parts.
