山羊绒、羊驼绒与大豆蛋白复合纤维色纺纱线的纺制

山羊绒、羊驼绒毛染色后和大豆蛋白复合纤维在棉纺设备上混纺,存在断头多,车间生活难做,飞花、疵点多,质量不稳定,静电现象严重等问题。文章在纺前对纤维进行给湿、加油预处理,相对湿度偏高控制,各工序遵循“减少纤维损伤、减少落棉、减少断头”的原则,采取合理配套纺纱器材、确定纺纱速度等工艺技术措施,保证了成纱质量的稳定。
