电场时效对2024铝合金尺寸稳定性的影响

摘    要:研究了电场时效处理中电场强度对2024铝合金的微屈服强度和微变形行为的影响。结果表明,适当的电场时效工艺可有效的提高2024铝合金的微屈服强度,而且提高了合金微变形阶段的应变指数,可作为2024铝合金的一种新的尺寸稳定化处理工艺。

Abstract:The influence of electric filed intensity during the process of aging in electric field on the microyield strength and micro\|plastic deformation behavior of 2024 aluminum alloy was studied. The results indicate that the micoyield strength and the strain exponent in the micro\|plastic deformation stage of the alloy are greatly increased by the appropriate procedure of aging in electric field. This technology can be used as a new method for improving the dimensional stability of 2024 aluminum alloy.
