高强度SUS304不锈钢线切割丝生产工艺研究

摘    要:根据线切割(电极)丝的使用性能要求,选用奥氏体不锈钢SUS304,经过接近于99%的最大变形量的冷拔,生产出性能均匀的高强度(σb≥2350MPa)钢丝。给出了产品的技术条件。分析认为:形变马氏体的出现是奥氏体钢丝经大变形量拉拔得到进一步强化的主要原因
