生物微胶球处理含酚废水研究

摘    要:用热带假丝酵母菌株1322作为生物菌种,以海藻酸钠为载体,通过高压静电液滴喷射法制成直径为300~400μm的生物微胶球。考察了生物微胶球在降解处理苯酚浓度分别为500mg/l、1000mg/l、2000mg/l溶液时及连续三批处理苯酚浓度为500mg/l溶液时的降解情况。结果表明:生物微胶球对含酚废水具有良好的降解效果,且胶球机械强度高,溶胀性小,与废水容易分离等特点,为生物降解工业含酚废水提供了理想途径。

Abstract:The method to process phenolic wastewater with the microcapsule of immobilized Candida tropicalis yeast NO. 1322 whose diameter is 300-400μm made with high - voltage electrostatic droplet spray has been studied in this paper and the experiment result in processing wastewater with the concentration of phenolic at 500mg/L,1000mg/L and 2000mg/L also investigated. The result indicates that the biological microcapsule has good effects on the processing of wastewater containing phenol and can easily be separated with wastewater with good strength and low swelling ratio, which provides an ideal way for waste water processing.
